Review for ONYE JEWELS Bracelet
I recently purchased a rose gold bracelet from ONYE JEWELS, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Within a short period, the bracelet started turning yellow, which was quite unexpected for a rose gold piece. When I reported the issue to ONYE JEWELS, I was informed that they only consider claims or changes within 7 days of purchase. This policy is quite restrictive and does not account for the quality issues that may arise shortly after this period.
I am very dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service. I have purchase 3 watches, two bracelet and one necklace up to date but my complaint was taken for granted. I expected better quality and more flexibility in handling such claims. I would not recommend purchasing from ONYE JEWELS unless they improve their product quality and customer service policies.
