📦 Shipping Policy

• Standard: 1–3 business days

• Express: 1–2 business days
  Delivery on weekdays only — no weekend deliveries.

⏳ Delivery time starts after dispatch (processing not included).
📲 Tracking is sent via email/SMS by the courier. Customers are responsible for tracking their orders.

🚚 ONYÉ Jewels is not liable for courier delays once dispatched.
📦 Missed deliveries: After 2 failed attempts, the parcel is returned to the warehouse. Re-shipping fees will apply.
