Hi ladies, I’d like to share my honest feedback regarding the Loewe dupe. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed because, considering the price, the jewellery is not tarnish-free as expected.

Fortunately, I was visiting to purchase more items, so I raised the issue with you, and you kindly gave me a replacement. I appreciate that. The Fendi dupe, however, is still doing great.

I honestly believe you should check the quality of your jewellery before selling it to customers. If an item is not tarnish-free, please be transparent about that and price it accordingly. Customers deserve to know what they’re paying for.

I purchased mine through Payflex, which means I’ll still be paying for an item that has already tarnished and been ruined. That doesn’t feel fair to me as a customer.

This is not meant to attack your business, but to encourage better quality control and transparency. This is my honest experience and feedback.
