Amazing customer service

I bought my watch online and could not figure out how the clasps worked so i went in store and ended up getting the strap resized because i clearly have very small wrists:) the service was amazing - we had to try it a couple of times because i needed it to be perfect and the lady who assisted me was patient, helpful and really friendly. The customer service and the resizing service was exceptional.
