Exchange Policy

At Onyé Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please review our exchange policy below:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Jewellery and sunglasses must be unopened, unworn, and in their original condition with no scratches or signs of use.
  • You will be responsible for the courier fee for returning the item to us.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

Note: We do not offer refunds, only exchanges. Onyé Jewels reserves the right to decline an exchange if the item does not meet our return criteria.

Shipping Policy

  1. Couriers DO NOT work on weekends. Delivery is strictly 2-3 business days AFTER the order is sent out, this is NOT INCLUSIVE of processing time. The courier company will only deliver during weekdays and NOT on weekends.
  2.  Tracking numbers are sent to the customer by the courier company either via email or SMS and updated by Onyé Jewels to the customer’s email.
  3.  It is your responsibility as a customer to track your order. Onye jewels will not be responsible for tracking your order, we can only enquire for you in case of delays in delivery.
  4.  The customer should understand that once their order is sent out, ONYÉ jewels will no longer have control over it. As a result, ONYÉ jewels will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier company.
  5. In the event the customer is not home during delivery, the courier company will attempt another delivery on the next business day. If the second attempt fails, the order will be sent back to the warehouse and re-shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
